JAPANESE WHISKY

Ever since work began on establishing the Yamazaki Distillery in 1923, Suntory has played a pioneering role in the history of Japanese whisky, producing many distinctive whiskies and helping to build a rich culture of Western spirits in Japan. Here we introduce some of our finest blended whisky brands, which continue to be firm favorites many decades after their first release.

Suntory Whisky ROYAL

Timeless appeal

This masterpiece is an homage to Suntory’s first master blender, the “father of Japanese whisky,” Shinjiro Torii. The packaging plays on the founder’s name: the bottle is shaped like the kanji 酉 (read “tori”) while the stopper evokes the “torii” gateway of a Shinto shrine. Synonymous with the finest traditions of quality Japanese whisky since its launch in 1960.

Suntory Whisky SPECIAL RESERVE

Bright aromas and depth of flavor

This rich and aromatic whisky combines a diverse range of component whiskies, featuring Hakushu as its key malt. Since its first release in 1969, Special Reserve has maintained a proud position as a favorite among premium blended whiskies.

Suntory Whisky OLD

Support and refined by generations of fans

Characterized by a mild palate imparted by Yamazaki sherry casks and a subtle sweetness on the finish, this whisky has been refined and perfected by the palates of countless whisky-lovers since it first went on sale in 1950.
