HIBIKI BLENDER'S CHOICE
Malts ranging widely in age, matured in casks of many kinds, are carefully selected and repeatedly blended by the refined skills of master artisans. A deeply sweet flavor and rich, soft aroma. Experience the jewel-like harmony created by adding malt after-ripened in wine casks.

HIBIKI 30 Years Old
Complete and Resonating.
Only a few thousand bottles of this limited whisky are been produced annually. Malt whiskies of at least 30 years old are carefully selected from Suntory's most treasured, longest-aging casks. Then, mature, grain whiskies aged over 30 years are painstakingly examined and blended with the malt whiskies.
Tasting Notes
Sweet aroma of long-term aged malt, full floral aroma, smooth, full body, strong woodiness, long-lasting, fragrant aftertaste.
HIBIKI Anniversary Blend
A special Hibiki blended with loving care to celebrate Suntory's 100 Years of whisky making. Carefully selected malt whiskies with richly distinctive characters, aged 17 years or longer, are skillfully blended with Yamazaki Mizunara cask malt whiskies aged 30 years or longer, and with mellow grain whiskies from Suntory's Chita distillery. Layers of solid maturity and complexity are added to the splendidly rich flavor and taste for which Hibiki is famous.

Maturity created through aging in Japanese Mizunara oak casks. The sweet and fresh citrus aroma harmonizes with pleasant and subtle tartness.
