Factory tours are by reservation only. Please book by phone at least 1 week in advance.

Tours are conducted in Japanese only. Non-Japanese speakers must be accompanied by an interpreter. Please see “Groups & Welfare” below and book by phone.

Important Notes

  • Factory tours require advance reservations. Please book ahead.
  • Tours are conducted in Japanese only. Non-Japanese speakers must be accompanied by an interpreter.
  • Visitors under junior high school age must be accompanied by a guardian (18 years or older).
  • For health and safety, please refrain from visiting if you have a fever, cough or other symptoms.
  • The production line may not be operating due to production schedules. In such cases we will show videos instead.
  • Tours may be cancelled due to factory operations or natural disasters. If a tour is cancelled, we will contact you by phone in advance.
  • Photography is permitted. Video and audio recording are not allowed.
  • Merchandise and beverages are not sold at the factory.
  • Please call us if you need to change or cancel your reservation.
  • There is no waiting area for visitors. Please arrive about 10 minutes before your tour starts.
  • For food hygiene reasons, please refrain from eating inside the building.
  • The tour facility is entirely non-smoking.

15-minute walk from Sanyo Railway “Arai Station”
5 minutes by taxi from Sanyo Railway “Takasago Station”

By Car

Take the “Kakogawa-kita” exit of the Sanyo Expressway, or the “Kakogawa-nishi” exit of the Kakogawa Bypass. Head south and turn right at the end of the road (in front of the Mitsubishi Heavy Industries main gate).

Access Map

Access map to Suntory Takasago Factory. The factory is south of Arai Station on the Sanyo Railway, along the Kobe Steel private road, with Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Takasago Works to the east and the Sanyo Shinkansen and Kakogawa Bypass to the north.
